The Paintbrush classes introduce children to music and art. Music appreciation from classical to modern is incorporated into hands-on art appreciation lessons to teach students about the lives and the works of influential composers and artists.

Classes Offered at The Paintbrush

The Paintbrush offers a range of classes for various ages, including Tiny Artists for ages 18-36 months old with an adult, Tiny Artists & Sibs for ages 18-36 months and an older sibling with an adult, Art Exploration for 18-36 months old with an adult and Little Masters for 3-8 years old.

What Parents Should Know About The Paintbrush Classes

All classes are taught by a certified teacher with four years of elementary education experience. There is a minimum of 4 students per class. Each sixteen-week session currently costs $295, including all materials. There are no enrollment, registration, or membership fees. Payment may be made by cash, check, VISA or Master Card. Sibling discounts are also offered.

Make-ups for missed classes are only granted when the school is notified by phone prior to the absence. Make-ups will be added to the end of your 16-week session for a maximum of 20 weeks total. Classes not made up beginning on week-17 will be forfeited. Missed classes are not refunded. Classes missed due to a calendar holiday can be rescheduled at the studio’s discretion. Four make-up classes are permitted per 16-week session. Any additional make-ups may be rolled over into a fully-paid consecutive 16-week session. No refunds on class fees are issued after classes have begun.

The Paintbrush currently offers a trial version of any kids class for $20, which includes materials. One trial class per child. However, once enrolled, students are no longer eligible for trial classes. If a child is enrolled within the week after their trial class they receive one free class. A drop-in class option is also offered based on class availability and space. The drop-in class rate is $20 per class. Reservations are required by phone to schedule a drop-in class.
