This fun, free family celebration of Halloween is back for 2007 with events at Daley Plaza, free pumpkin decorating, free performances by The Midnight Circus and a Halloween Parade down State Street.
October 12-31
Haunted Village

Opening night, October 12, begins at 5 p.m. with two performances from The Midnight Circus. The Haunted Village continues through Halloween Monday through Wednesday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Thursday through Sunday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Extended hours for Wednesday October 31 are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Daley Plaza (Washington and Dearborn Streets) is transformed into Pumpkin Plaza with pumpkin decorating, spooky storytellers and more.
Each day there are performances from the high flying aerial entertainers, The Midnight Circus: 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. Thursday through Sunday includes evening shows scheduled at 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Free pumpkin decorating (while supplies last) is offered Saturdays and Sundays, except parade day Saturday, October 20 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
October 20
The State Street Halloween Happening Parade
Begins at noon at the corner of State and Randolph streets. Following the parade, kids can enjoy trick-or-treating, a performance by The Midnight Circus and a costume contest, all at Pumpkin (Daley) Plaza. There is no pumpkin decorating on parade day.
